About Us
Raissa Schroeder is a commercially licensed pilot who holds her instrument rating as well a certified flight instructor certificate. Her love of aviation began at an early age, when as a young girl she would ride her bike to the small local airport to watch the planes take off and land. By being there so often she became a familiar face, and Raissa was given various jobs to do such as sweeping hangar floors and cleaning aircraft. After becoming an official FBO employee, Raissa started flight school and earned her Private Pilot's License at age 16. She then continued her flight training and earned all of her current licenses and ratings at Northwestern Michigan College's flight school program. Raissa's 15 years of aviation experience includes working and servicing aircraft at Charlevoix Municipal Airport (CVX), Cherry Capital Airport (TVC), Scottsdale Airport (SDL), Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) and Marana Municipal Airport (AVQ).
Reil-Brite was formed when Raissa decided to fulfill her goal of owning her own business in aviation. Michelle Seymour joined the company after her almost 20 years of government service that includes military and federal service. She enlisted in the US Air Force at age 18 and was awarded an achievement medal, a commendation medal, and early promotion during her four years of service. She has worked for several federal agencies, include the Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Housing & Urban Development, and the USPS.
